JULES STEPHAN - OWNER

Stephan is an enthusiastic wine lover and collector of fine wines. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Auckland University, he embarked on a distinguished career as an investment banker. Since 2000, Stephan has been pursuing private business interests, with Q WINE holding a special place in his heart.

JULES MATTHEWS - GENERAL MANAGER

Matthews (pictured above) is a former business colleague of Jules Stephan where they worked together in investment banking. A lifelong lover of travel, food and fine wine she jumped at the opportunity to run a wine company in 2003. Following her passion has required a lot of learning, and her vision has played a major role in shaping and establishing the Q WINE brand.

ANTONY WORCH - WINEMAKER

French born Worch took over as, Chief Winemaker for Q WINE in 2012, helping to develop the distinctive style of Q. He studied oenology at Universite Montpellier, worked a harvest in South Africa before finally settling in the South Island of New Zealand.
