The wines of 2018 are very aromatic and well balanced. Saignee Rose is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. Seductive pink in colour, the aromas of watermelon and wild berries are powerful and long lasting. We limited the skin contact and fermented in French oak barriques giving the palate great concentration and texture. A dry style Rose making for a highly gastronomic wine of Provence style.
