SUPPLY OF LIQUOR TO MINORS
We cannot supply wine to minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use this wine purchase facility in New Zealand. It is illegal to purchase wine if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal to provide false details to purchase wine. Other age limits may apply in countries outside of New Zealand.
OUR WINE CLUB
By purchasing at our Wine Club pricing, you agree to be automatically added to our email database for future communication. You can opt out by unsubscribing at any time.
OUR PAYMENT, PRICING & CURRENCY POLICY
Payment is by Direct Credit, Visa and MasterCard credit card only. We do not accept debit card payment. All prices displayed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. We make every effort to ensure prices are correctly displayed on our site, but reserve the right not to proceed should an item have an incorrect price. If an item has an incorrect price we will advise you and provide an option to continue at the correct price or to cancel your order. Upon completed purchase you will receive an invoice confirming applicable charges which will appear on your bank statement as Q WINE.
YOUR PURCHASE SECURITY
OUR DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery within New Zealand is charged based on a minimum 12 bottle order regardless of orders less than 12 bottles. Wine will be dispatched within 2 working days of credit card funds being authorised or internet banking payment being made. Delivery is via courier and may take up to a further four working days to arrive. Q WINE cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery. Signature on delivery is required unless permission to leave is given at the time the order is placed.
We recommend and prefer “nzwinehome” for international door-to-door freight. Details on door-to-door freight charges and terms may be found on their web-site at www.nzwinehome.co.nz. Q WINE is not responsible for taxes, duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged for international shipments. For more information on international freight, please enquire through email@example.com.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
All claims for non delivery, short delivery or damage should be made as soon as possible by telephone or email. Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Q WINE reaches you in top condition. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us before returning any goods. Any wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. if replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made. Product is insured by us and our courier up to delivery at your shipping address only. We are not responsible for damage or theft of product once delivered.

We respect and will protect your privacy. Information supplied to us will only be used to process your order. Any personal information you have supplied to us will NOT be made available to another organisation without your authority. You may receive emails from us from time to time about us or our products.
