‘A gold-ish brassy hue leads to a bouquet of complexity and power with scents of ripe brown pear and baked apple, there’s layers of lees and barrel spice then a wet stone earthy suggestion. A dry wine that reminds of an Alsace stye with a full-rounded mouthfeel, spice and phenolic power then a core of fruit. Balance, well made and ready to drink from day purchae through 2027’.
